Governance

Neutrality you can show your regulator.

Brokers are accountable for the providers they rely on. Our governance is designed so that reliance is defensible in writing.

Independent leadership

A standalone entity with an independent chief executive and a board drawn from its major stakeholders. No single participant directs the roadmap.

No preferential treatment

No participating broker receives preferential routing or data access. Neutrality is a structural commitment, not a policy statement.

Data segregation

Commercially sensitive data is segregated per broker behind contractual, operational and technical firewalls.

Supermajority change control

The interface specification is governed by a technical committee, with changes requiring a supermajority rather than a vendor decision.

Operational resilience

Contractual SLA availability, a documented exit plan, right-to-audit and sub-outsourcing disclosure are written into the standard contract.

Security posture

Least-privilege, fully audited access. We hold no client funds and operate under each partner's regulatory umbrella, supported by an independent assurance programme.
